-DO ALL OF YOUR SUMMER TRAINING SO YOU ARE FIT AND CAN QUALIFY. Time Trial is July 8th
-PLAN YOUR VACATION TIME WELL BEFORE THE START OF THE SEASON (JUNE).
-FIND TRAINING PARTNERS THAT WILL HELP YOU IMPROVE.
-MAKE SURE TO HYDRATE WELL BEFORE TIME TRIAL.
-MAKE SURE TO GET PLENTY OF REST BEFORE TIME TRIAL
Timberline Cross Country Camp provides the opportunity for the team to come together and train during the summer time. The camp will include lectures and group discussions on issues such as nutrition, injury prevention, race strategy, flexibility, cross training, college preparation, goal setting, leadership development, uphill and downhill running technique, workout planning and more. This camp will also cover team work strategies, promoting a synergetic and harmonious atmosphere. The $125 registration fee includes, Lodging, Breakfast, lunch, dinner for all 3 days up at the camp site, and includes a camp t-shirt.
