We meet daily in the summer to help you improve and run your BEST!

INFORMATION
Timberline Cross Country Camp provides the opportunity for the team to come together and train during the summer time. The camp will include lectures and group discussions on issues such as nutrition, injury prevention, race strategy, flexibility, cross training, college preparation, goal setting, leadership development, uphill and downhill running technique, workout planning and more. This camp will also cover team work strategies, promoting a synergetic and harmonious atmosphere. The $165 registration fee includes, Transportation to and from vamp on a yellow school bus, Lodging, Breakfast, lunch, dinner for all 3 days up at the camp site, and includes a camp t-shirt!

Timberline XC will provide bussing transportation to and from camp via Durham School services. We will depart at 8am on July 11th.
